If you are considering bow hunting for deer there a few things you need to know so that you increase your chances of making a kill. The most important part of bow hunting is to be able to hide and get close to your prey.
If you don’t hide properly when bow hunting chances are you won’t even get close to the prey to fire your bow. Experienced hunters know that regardless of what you are hunting, animals become very cautious during the fall during bow hunting season.
Nevertheless, they are relaxed and carefree when entering a pine thicket. A thick pine area provides deer a good hiding place, it is close cover that allows them to feel secure and don’t expect anyone to be there.
